O Alibaba Cloud anunciou o lançamento do seu modelo Qwen3.8 na chip Zhenwu (Tech in Asia, 24 de julho de 2026). O anúncio segue uma série de movimentos chineses — CXMT em IPO, Huawei/CloudRobo, expansão Ascend — que, tijolo por tijolo, constroem uma pilha de computação distinta da linha Nvidia.
