Адвокаты индийской SC отклонили требование о раскрытии информации о проекте MeitY — первый раскол между сторонниками и регулятором в Законе об ИИ в Индии.
Ассоциация адвокатов-рекордеров Верховного суда (SCAORA) официально выступает против требования о раскрытии использования ИИ, предусмотренного проектом правил регулирования ИИ Министерства электроники и информационных технологий (MeitY) (Medianama, 20.07.2026).
