The fact As part of the "San Francisco AI Declaration" (July 26), ETNews reports two agreements: Samsung SDS partners with Anthropic, and Naver strengthens its collaboration with Nvidia. These building blocks add to the Nvidia × SK Group partnership ($500 Bn) and the overall Korea-US package (~$950 Bn, publi #1638).

Our analysis These two deals - much smaller than the Nvidia/SK partnership or the overall agreement - are nevertheless what gives the package its operational structure.
