Die Anwälte der indischen SC lehnen den KI-Offenlegungsauftrag des MeitY-Entwurfs ab - erste pro-/regulatorische Spaltung beim indischen KI-Gesetz.

Der Sachverhalt

Die SCAORA (Supreme Court Advocates-on-Record Association, Verband der Anwälte, die direkt vor dem Obersten Gerichtshof Indiens klagen dürfen) lehnt den im Entwurf der KI-Verordnungen des MeitY vorgesehenen Offenlegungspflicht für den Einsatz von KI strikt ab (Medianama, 20/07/2026). Sie bezeichnet die Pflicht als nicht umsetzbar und weist auf vier konkrete Risiken hin: Halluzinationen von LLMs, Intransparenz der eingesetzten Systeme, Schwächen der Verantwortungsmechanismen (Accountability) und spezifische Risiken für gerichtliche Daten.
