Nvidia signe $1,5 Md avec Amkor pour le packaging avancé aux États-Unis. Le point de pincement compute IA remonte d'un cran vers la souveraineté du back-end.

Le fait Nvidia signe un contrat 1,5 Md$ avec Amkor pour du packaging avancé aux États-Unis. Le deal s'inscrit dans le prolongement d'un partenariat 10 ans Amkor × TSMC pour étendre la capacité de packaging avancé US, notamment en Arizona (Tech in Asia). Le fil tsmc-compute-crunch gagne un nœud aval structurant : le back-end de la chaîne compute IA commence à se relocaliser.
