Les avocats de la SC indienne rejettent le mandat de divulgation IA du draft MeitY - première fracture pro/régulateur sur l'AI Act indien.

Le fait

La SCAORA (Supreme Court Advocates-on-Record Association, corps des avocats habilités à plaider directement devant la Cour suprême indienne) s'oppose formellement au mandat de divulgation d'usage d'IA prévu par le draft AI regulations du MeitY (Medianama, 20/07/2026). Elle qualifie le mandat d'inapplicable et pointe quatre risques concrets : hallucinations des LLM, opacité des systèmes déployés, faiblesse des mécanismes de responsabilité (accountability), et risques spécifiques sur les données judiciaires.
